How PanelIndex scrapes and sorts SMM prices

Public GET /services HTML. Sort = published USD rate per 1,000. Rows that cannot be a real order (max under 10 units, or a listing that advertises the panel itself) are excluded from price floors, and a rate more than 100x below the median for its platform and service type is flagged but still shown. Rank is not for sale. API v2 keys are not used.
